Three simple steps to get you started
We’ll complete the setup process for your company and employees. We will enter in leave balances, YTD’s for all your employees.
We will advise you when everything is set up and will help you run your first payroll. You will have expert support when you need it. Once you are happy with the setup we’ll send you the first invoice.

Our lines are open Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Eastern Standard time) on 1800 50 30 10. We love chatting with our customers and will always go out of our way to help you. During peak calling times it is not always possible to answer every call straight away as we would like to. If it’s urgent please see the help centre for a comprehensive self guided help library with cool little videos to show you exactly what you need to do. Otherwise please leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
When your company is first set up on SmartPayroll, we’ll provide you with your very own SmartPayroll Angel personal trainer to help you plus they’ll explain everything that you need to know and help you run your first payroll.
Our wonderful help centre is open 24/7 so you can learn how to do things in your own time and the cool little videos will walk you through each step of the process. Plus throughout the year we host Payroll courses, seminars and workshops that are fun, educational and keep you up to date with making payroll easy.
